Quality: Waterproof, PVC coated jacket.
Features: Not insulated, great to layer over the Ruffwear Quinzee, or Ruffwear Climate Changer, even Ruffwear Powder Hound. Reflective piping and light loop on top. Like other Ruffwear products there is a name and number tag on the inside collar.
Likes: I love this jacket for rainy days. Great coverage fitting from the neck to the base of the tail. We have done lots of hiking on the west coast, and there have been many times we are caught in a down pour. Even when it is not raining, but just wet and muddy out, this has saved me a lot of clean up time after a hike or being at the park.
Dislikes: The only thing I would change about this piece is more coverage around the chest near the arms, maybe even for it to have short sleeves just for added coverage.
Rating: 4 out of 5. This jacket is highly recommended by us. We have had a number of different rain jackets and this by far exceeds our expectations.
